How to prepare?
Step 1
Mix 1 kg of Nitin’s Waffle Mix with 800 ml of water & keep for fermentation (30-40 mins)
Step 2
Pour ladles of batter onto a preheated waffle maker at 180-200°C and bake for 4-5 minutes , or until golden brown.
Step 3
